CFC is proud to announce that we will be hosting our first official convention year at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in Oxon Hill, Maryland. We are also proud to announcing that we will have the following for our room block:

  • 20 Executive Suites Available in our initial room block.*

  • 80 King Bed Rooms Available in our initial room block!

  • 180 Double Queen Rooms Available in our initial room block!

  • Additional rooms can be made available in the event of a full booking.

*Suites will be handled by application and raffle. More information will be made available later this year with regards to suites.

PARTY ROOM BLOCK

Since we will not be making up the majority of the hotel for our first year, the Gaylord has been gracious enough to work with us to provide a compact room block where most attendees will be near each other. Additionally, they are willing to work with us to reduce noise issues for attendees. If you are planning to host any kind of event, please check in your registration that you would like to host an event so we can provide better accommodations.

HOTEL ROOM BLOCK RATES

One King Bed - $259/Per Night*

Two Queen Beds - $259/Per Night*

*Rooms will have an additional surcharge of $27 a day for resort fees and applicable taxes. We are keeping our registration prices lower than originally planned to compensate for the higher room pricing. Additionally, this resort fee will include amenities listed further down on this page. Please note that these are not atrium rooms, but attendees may choose to upgrade to those rooms outside of the fixed rate based on availability.

SUITE RATES

Executive Suite - $410*

The Gaylord has graciously offered us 20 executive suites in our initial room block with the potential for greater availability if needed. Half of these suites will be available by applications for those interested in hosting a suite party or event. The remaining suites will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Super Sponsors will have early access to booking the these suites via their early room block access.

The Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center includes the following amenities for each room via the resort fee:

  • Two welcome glasses of beer, wine, or a cocktail at any of the Resort’s bars! (Offer valid one time only during your stay, per room!)

  • Daily transportation on the National Harbor Circulator Bus. (Valid for up to four people!)

  • Daily one-hour sunrise yoga. (Valid for two people!)
