DEALERS DEN & ARTIST ALLEY

PRELIMINARY PLANS

The dealer’s den and artist alley are planned to be hosted in the Woodrow Wilson Ballroom. Our current plans are to segment out the ballroom into different sections. Artist Alley and the Dealer’s Den will be connected. The Adult Dealer’s Den will be separated.

As this is a 21+ convention, the sale of adult content will be allowed in both Artist Alley and the general Dealer’s Den, however we request that explicit adult content be limited in display in these areas per the Hotel’s request.

We will have more details outlining specific plans in the future.

We are expecting a preliminary capacity of:

120 Dealers Den Tables

20-30 Adult Dealer’s Den Tables

20-40 Artist Alley Tables.

Please note, that these numbers are subject to change based on table size requests, booth placement and other planning variables. Additionally, we cannot offer pricing at this time, but expect our tables to be competitively priced for provided space.
