Important: All rooms have an additional $27/day resort fee plus applicable taxes. We've kept registration prices lower to help offset this cost. These rates do not include atrium rooms, but upgrades may be available based on availability at the hotel's rate.
EVENT ROOM BLOCK
Since we will not be making up the majority of the hotel for our first year, the Gaylord has been gracious enough to work with us to provide a compact room block where most attendees will be near each other.
Additionally, they are willing to work with us to reduce noise issues for attendees. If you are planning to host any kind of event, please check in your registration that you would like to host an event so we can provide better accommodations.
